In Florida, our practice is limited to immigration and naturalization law.
The firm was founded by Attorney Kevin Dehghani is 1999. Since then, the firm has seen an exponential growth in its caseload and clientele and has itself grown in size and personnel.
We have been involved in representation of clients before all courts of the State of Connecticut, the United States Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit in New York City, New York, United States Citizenship and Immigration Services in Tampa, Florida and Hartford, Connecticut, and various other Immigration offices around the country. We have also represented, and currently represent, clients before the Immigration Court in Hartford, Connecticut and Orlando, Florida and also other immigration courts around the country, as well as Board of Immigration Appeals.
